Our story

Fresso opened in Missouri City in 2025 as a neighborhood cafe for coffee, matcha and milk tea. From day one, we set out to build an experience where you could feel true care in both the drink in your hand and the service you receive.

Every drink is made to order with carefully crafted recipes that highlight the bold, premium ingredients we use. Our guests can taste the difference – from locally roasted espresso to handwhisked matcha from Marukyu Koyamaen, one of Japan’s top tea houses – that this dedication to quality creates. Care touches every part of our menu, too. Our teas are brewed fresh to order with a specialty machine and our fruit purées are made in house.

We know the space matters as much as the menu. Our interior features a variety of seating options for solo guests and groups alike, and the elegant design featuring white blossoms and warm lantern lights creates the perfect environment for any occasion – from casual meetups to serious lock-in sessions.

That same care carries into the Fresso app, which we built so that ordering ahead feels as considered as ordering in person. We didn’t want the app to feel like just another ordering platform, so we spent hours poring over every detail and animation to deliver guests with a smooth, elegant experience.
